Jude is a UK Chartered Trade Mark Attorney and a Member of the Chartered Institute of Trade Mark Attorneys. Holding an Honours degree in law and a Masters degree in information technology, she has worked in private practice in the Intellectual Property sector since 1999, at specialist IP practices of all sizes and at a Top 15 commercial law firm.Jude has been individually listed in the “World Trademark Review 1000 -The World’s Leading Trademark Professionals” as a recommended expert in trade mark prosecution and strategy for the last three consecutive years. Individual professionals qualify for inclusion only on the basis of “positive feedback from market sources with knowledge of their practice and the market within which they operate”. Jude advises on the protection and management of International trade mark portfolios across numerous trade sectors (food and drink, oil and gas, retail, technology, healthcare).

Education:

Jude has a law degree from Glasgow University.  Following her degree, Jude obtained a Masters in IT from Glasgow University, before entering the trade mark profession.
